Returns for refunds or warranty repairs / replacements.
there are no complicated forms to fill in, just email from “CONTACT US” with some basic details regarding items you wish to return then well do the rest.
1] We have 30 days “no quibble” refund policy [less postage] for items not required or ordered in error but not been used and not opened if packed in original manufacturer packaging .
Return the item in safe way so that it does not get lost in post or get damaged, when item is received back, it will be quick checked and refund issued [less postage] unless item was offered or sent “free postage”
2] We will fully refund [including postage] items sent incorrectly or damaged during transits, please check package for any physical damage, if there is any rip in envelope / jiffy bag or dent in box then item inside may be damaged and you should not accept it or sign for it, return it back immediately so that courier can be held responsible for the damage, if you accept it in damaged state then responsibility will be yours.
3] warranty repairs will be returned back after repair has been completed free of charge or exchanged with same or similar item or part refund issued if item cannot be repaired or has been discontinued.
