Shipping or collection.

Only few postage options are available (depending on country selected at time of checkout ).

We use cheapest standard postage where possible.  However if you would like an alternative fast or express shipping, then you may choose / arrange you own postage and book online, then email postage label so that is can be placed on the parcel (unless courier may want to bring the label with them).

If you want to arrange your own courier collection after you have made purchase and have already paid for the order including postage then you must email at once (before it’s shipped out)  so that your order can be held for collection and any postage charged at time of checkout will be refunded.

If you have not checked out yet and want to purchase to secure an order but arrange your own collection then there is an option at checkout “PICKUP / COLLECT”. Orders must be paid in full before they can be released for collection from Birmingham Yardley B25

International customers

When a parcel arrives at your destination country, there may be some sort of TAX customs duty or import tax payable by purchaser which can vary from country to country, we have no control over this.

Orders fully paid may be collect in person, please email to confirm so that orders can be prepared and packed.

Most orders are sent via registered recorded delivery which require signature on receipt.  Some large bulky orders may be sent via courier at cost price.

Estimate Postage / shipping costs

Postage can be estimated before purchase by adding item to cart then click on “view cart” then click on “Estimate shipping cost”, select your country and then region / area, and post code or just type 1234 and estimated shipping cost will be displayed.
